More-Kali

Background:
- More means Buttermilk in tamil and kali means a form which is neither solid or liquid..
- Traditional Dish mainly for kids and elders..
- To be taken at evening 3.00 – 4.00 – light weight tiffin

Ingredients:
- More molagai (This is available ready made – basically, dried green chillies after soaked in curd and salt)
- More (Butter milk/curd)
- lemon (based ur taste liking)
- karipatta (karivepillai)
- coconut oil
- Rice flour

Method:

- Mix the rice flour with more in thin consistency and add salt. Then take the thava and prepare dhadka with mustard seeds, more molagai and karipatta. Add the prepared batter with this and keep stiring for sometime. Add lemon to it to make it more tasty.

How to relish?
Take a plate and pour the prepared more kali in it, then take some amount of coconut oil and spread it on top of it. Now use your index finger and start enjoying the dish. Don’t use spoon, relishing with finger is the most essential part of this dish.

Look around children playing in the corridor and call them and serve, to become instant friends with them..:->
